We begin with a free needs assessment from which we generate a communications proposal that clearly explains what web solution(s) we intend to use and why they will help, how we propose to design and implement the solutions, a plan for training your staff and constituent users, timeline for completion, plans for sustaining the solution(s), and all software, hardware, training and technical support costs.
